I live this life from both sides.
I sit in IEP meetings. I help families navigate school systems, therapy coordination, progress reports, and the emotional weight that comes with advocating for a child who experiences the world differently. I also bring professional, hands-on experience supporting individuals with autism into every family I work with.
As an Autism Support & Navigation Specialist, my work focuses on helping families understand both the system and the child in front of them — because real support requires both.
Project Regulation was created because families deserve guidance that is practical, compassionate, and rooted in real-world understanding — not just theory.
I support individuals with autism and their families in understanding how the brain and nervous system impact regulation, communication, learning, and daily functioning. From there, we build realistic, sustainable strategies that work in real life — at home, in school, and in the community.
My role is not to fix anyone.
My role is to help individuals with autism and their families understand their brains, strengthen communication, build regulation tools, and move forward with clarity instead of fear.
Because your child does not need to become someone else.
They need the right support to become more of who they already are.
